When I customize your invitation:
1. CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
After you purchase the listing (from my shop) of the invitation or package that you'd like, I do everything through email. You tell me what colors you'd like the design to be, and give me the wording, and I do the rest! You don't need to know how to use any computer programs.
If you don't see a design that is perfect, email me and we can start you custom design.
2. BE PICKY
I email you proof after proof until it's perfect and then I email you the JPG and PDF file, formatted to print at home or you can take it to a professional to print. I will send you the first proof within 1-2 business days, and depending on the number and severity of edits/changes, the whole process takes about 3-4 days of editing before you get the finished file.
3. PRINT AT HOME OR TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL
I have recommendations on how and where to print, as well as paper suggestions, right below. This allows you to find the perfect way to print your wedding invitations, even if you print it at home.

Cutting out your Invitation
Your invitation will come in JPG and/or PDF files. Each file is formatted to fit on a regular sheet of paper (8.5x11") and will have crop marks around the edges of each of the cards. You can see the crop marks (above) where the arrows are pointing. Cut across the crop marks to get nice, clean edges to your invitation.
*Tip* If you're getting lots of invitations cut, go to a professional to have them cut. More information about that is on my "How it works page" under Printing and Cutting.
